About
Living a life of change.
I endured an unwelcome change at the age of twenty-four. It taught me how difficult suffering can be and helped me succeed in the face of adversity — I have always had a can-do attitude from excelling at Engineering at the University of Michigan to landing a job at a prestigious management consulting firm to accomplishing the unaccomplishable by surviving a severe burn injury when my likelihood of survival was 0%.
Not surprisingly, I am told by others that I am more self-disciplined than most people they know. I have always set aspirational goals and put my mind to achieving them. You need these characteristics to be able to change. When supporting and inspiring others to change, I invest my heart and mind in people and in relationships. My work is about helping others get through a transition.
Having deep experience with personal transformation in my own life – my ability to help others is amplified whether it is a work colleague, a client or a friend or family member – I like to help. I care.
I have developed leadership talent at Fortune 100 companies, a top global management consulting firm, and have coached small and medium business owners having grown up in a family-owned business.
I have proven success in corporate change and in creating the nine factors that influence change in The Change Power Index, a diagnostic tool to assess a company’s ability to change. I enjoy coaching executives on change.
In addition to coaching and speaking on change, I am a loving daughter and friend and can be found spending time with one of my many dear friends or my loving parents — and I love my peloton, tennis racquet and my yoga mat — in Boston, MA and SWFL.
This work totally brings me joy. I hope we’ll meet one day soon!
